Star2Star wins Product of the Year
In December 2012, Telephony Magazine recognized Star2Star's unified messaging system as "Product of the Year" for the sixth straight year.
The award was highlighted in an article in The Herald Tribune out of Sarasota, FL where Star2Star is based, "This award caps off a year of significant accomplishments," said Norman Worthington, Star2Star's chief executive. "This has been a ground-breaking year for Star2Star in terms of technology, innovation and market share."
The company's technology combines voice, messaging, fax, real-time chat, video, presence management and other "communications and collaboration features" that can stretch across a client firm's various sites and that can integrate with existing business applications.
Earlier this year, Star2Star was named a winner of the Deloitte Fast 500 award. In August, the six-year-old company was named to the Inc. 500 list of "America's Fastest Growing Private Companies." Star2Star also was named as one of Forbes magazine's "Most Promising Companies."
