ENTERPRISE NET:  With Enterprise IP Networking, your main and remote offices can communicate like they're under one roof.  Up to 64 separate offices can be networked to communicate with 100% transparency between locations.  This transparency means all locations share the same system features and applications centrally located on one main system.  That means reduced hardware, software and maintenance costs at individual office locations.  So not only does Enterprise IP Networking bridge communications gaps, it's a more hassle-free and cost-friendly solution for you.

ENTERPRISE ACD:  ACD (Automatic Call Distribution) allows call centers to operate more efficiently and to maximize resources.  ADIX ACD integrates advanced features such as computer telephony and wireless technology to present a powerful package that is customizable and flexible.

ADIX-APS:  The ADIX APS (Application Processing System) is the culmination of Iwatsu's commitment to provide a single, easily expandable telecommunications platform that meets the needs of both large and small businesses.  The modular design of ADIX APS provides a seamless growth path from a 4-line, 8-station system to a maximum of 472 ports.

ADIX-VS:  ADIX-VS was designed to provide small busineses, telecommuters, and home offices the same advanced capabilities typically available only in a large communications system.  It supports up to 16 telephones, 6 outside lines, 4 voice mail / automated attendant ports, and 5 peripheral devices.

CAMPUS:  Campus is a feature of the Enterprise-CS and the ADIX APS Digital Voice Communications Server that seamlessly links multiple systems across point to point T-1 lines in a fully transparent network.  Because Campus APS is fully transparent, employees work together more efficiently, while customers benefit from better service.  Enterprise-CS offers IP networking as well as traditional T1 networking.

CTI:  Enterprise-CS and ADIX CTI products are designed to allow users to handle telephone calls in an automated manner. By combining standard E-CS and ADIX features such as Caller ID, Automatic Number Identification (ANI) and Dialed Number Identification Service (DNIS) with the powerful processing engines of PC applications, important information about a call or caller will arrive at the station user's PC with an incoming call.

Many of the most useful features including forwarding, message waiting indication, conferencing and voice mail are completely accessible from anywhere in your building. Relying on the Omegatrek Portable Station instead of a desktop telephone allows you to respond faster to customers, reduce long distance charges by eliminating return calls, and decrease the amount of time you are unavailable to take calls because you are not at your desk.

Application is the Key:  Omegatrek delivers measurable benefits to a wide range of industries by allowing businesses and individuals to stay in close contact with customers and associates. The many Omegatrek features can be customized to meet the demands of a business. The result is measurable gains in productivity by improving response times, cutting down on wasted time spent trying to locate people and missing fewer calls. Below are examples of how individuals in different industries benefit from Omegatrek.

Healthcare:  Hospital staff can respond to patients needs and be more aware of emergency situations if they are instantly accessible. In a medical environment, Omegatrek will save time when time is a critical to saving lives.

Manufacturing and Warehousing:  Management staff in large buildings such as manufacturing plants and warehouses are always in close contact with customer service and floor staff with Omegatrek. This results in quicker response to problems and customer demands.

Offices:  For many people, a large portion of their day is spend away from their phone. Omegatrek ensures that they can always make or receive an important call from anywhere in the office.

Retail Stores:  Retail store staff can easily communicate with customers and colleagues. For example, cashiers can easily reach personnel on the retail floor to check the price of an item. Customer hold times are also reduced by eliminating time consuming pages to locate personnel.
